Sebastian Bach Racing is the foundation behind racing driver Sebastian Bach and his journey towards a professional career in motorsport. We are dedicated to building a strong network of sponsors, partners and investors, all of whom share a passion for speed, ambition and results.
Racing is a sport that requires both significant investments and strong communities. That is why we are not alone. In addition to Manager Kenn Bach, we also have a dedicated intern and several skilled external helpers who contribute with everything from practical support to specialist knowledge.
Bach Racing is not just about achieving results on the track. It is just as much about creating value for our partners, building relationships and giving back through experiences and shared successes.
We are more than a team – we are a brand, a journey and a community, where everyone who supports us is part of the story of Sebastian Bach Racing.

As Sebastian progresses towards a high level of sporting achievement, it is becoming increasingly important that the Sebastian Bach Racing business develops at the same pace to secure the foundation for his continued development. Events and sponsorship agreements must be maintained, and at the same time, contacts with international racing series and teams must be established over the coming year to lay the groundwork for the future.
Over the past year, Kenn Bach, Sebastian’s father, has put his own business and motorsport ambitions on hold to dedicate all his working hours to developing the business behind the motorsport ambitions, Bach Racing Friends Club.
As a manager and event organiser, he spends every waking hour creating a product that sponsors and partners can identify with – whether as a VIP guest at Sebastian’s races, a participant in the Bach Racing Run, or at one of the exclusive and exciting partner and networking events held at various locations domestically and internationally.
Kenn can look back on several successful seasons in the top tier of Danish motorsport, TCR Denmark..
Advisory Board
A Strong Sounding Board
In the spring of 2025, we established our advisory board – a strong team of experts who contribute their knowledge, guidance and experience. It was set up to ensure that important decisions are made with a range of perspectives, ideas and input from people with diverse backgrounds.
The advisory board consists of three carefully selected members: Anna Larsen, Flemming Sørensen and Lars Valentin. All have been recruited from our network and chosen for their unique skills, experience and ability to challenge us at the right moments. Each of them represents different strengths and can contribute in different ways – from strategic thinking and business development to industry insight and networking opportunities.
Although this is not a traditional board of directors, the advisory board serves as a valuable forum for discussion. It provides Sebastian Bach Racing with a strong foundation, where development, collaboration and progress always take centre stage.

Intern
Communication in high gear
At Sebastian Bach Racing, we are delighted to have Michelle Hansen on the team as an intern. She is in her ninth semester of the International Business Communication in English programme at Aalborg University, and brings a great deal of curiosity and energy to the role.
For Michelle, this is an exciting opportunity to create valuable communication for an up-and-coming racing driver in an industry that stands out from the traditional. She is gaining insight into many different areas of a business – everything from brand strategy and social media to website development, event coordination and a wide range of other communication tasks.
At the same time, she also has the chance to be right at the heart of the racing action and experience the speed and atmosphere of motorsport up close. The internship offers both professional development and a unique insight into an exciting industry.

Behind every racing driver is a strong team – and for Sebastian Bach, his family is a central part of the journey. Motorsport is not just an individual endeavour, but a shared project in which the whole family contributes with support, encouragement and dedication.
His grandmother is a faithful presence at every race, cheering him on from the stands and creating a sense of security over the weekends. His mother and sister also enjoy being part of the experience, and their presence means a great deal to Sebastian, both on and off the track.
As manager, Kenn Bach is a key figure. He works hard to secure sponsors, plan events and ensure that Sebastian is always in the right frame of mind when it counts. From preparations in the pit to the decisive moments on the track, Kenn’s support is indispensable.
At Bach Racing, it is therefore not just about cars and results – it is about family, team spirit and the strength that drives Sebastian forward in his pursuit of a professional career.
