In 2026, Sebastian will take the next step in his motorsport career when he drives for Forestier Racing by VPS in the Michelin Le Mans Cup. The team is a French endurance set-up under VPS Racing, founded by Matthieu Vaxivière, Aurélien Panis and Raphaël Serrano, and has quickly made a strong mark on the international motorsport scene. In 2025, the team finished with both cars on the podium in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, securing second and third places.
We have chosen Forestier Racing by VPS because we see a team with a calm, structured approach and a focus on development. Prior to the agreement, Sebastian tested with the team, and the impression was clear: a professional setup where the details are taken seriously and where there is a focused approach to both speed and development.
An important part of the decision is also the team’s sporting profile. Forestier Racing by VPS fields both cars in a Pro/Pro line-up, and this fits with the direction we have chosen for Sebastian. 2026 is not just about entering prototype racing, but about doing so in the right set-up from the beginning.
In 2026, Forestier Racing is also expanding into the European Le Mans Series in the LMP2 class, where Panis Racing, which won the championship in 2025, will continue under the name Forestier Racing by Panis. This fits well with the direction we are working towards — not only in 2026, but also in terms of the next steps.
