SEBASTIAN BACH
Behind the wheel is Sebastian Bach, a talented racing driver who combines raw speed with cool-headed analysis. He is known for his ability to quickly master new tracks, translate data and simulator training into performance on the tarmac – and always push himself to the limit when it counts. For Sebastian, motorsport is not just about driving fast, but about discipline, preparation and mental strength. 80% of his time is spent outside the car – on physical training, mental coaching and detailed race analysis – all to ensure he is razor-sharp during those few moments when everything is decided on the track. He is driven by a passion for driving and the sense of community in the world of motorsport, but also by the goal of developing from rookie champion to top international driver and one day standing on the iconic Le Mans starting grid.
The 2025 Season – The Year in Retrospect
2025 proved to be a pivotal year in Sebastian’s development as a racing driver and marked his final step in formula racing before making the switch to international prototype racing.
The season culminated in September, when Sebastian became Nordic Champion in Nordic 4 / Formula 4 after a strong season featuring wins, podium finishes and no fewer than five pole positions.
Early in the year, Sebastian competed in the Formula Winter Series – the Spanish/Italian winter series – one of Europe’s strongest F4 fields, where he gained valuable experience against international competition.
Alongside his formula car commitments, Sebastian took his first steps in endurance racing by competing in four rounds of the Ligier JS Cup France. Here, it was not just about speed, but also about teamwork, strategy and driver changes – elements that are central to endurance racing.
All in all, 2025 was a breakthrough year, in which Sebastian both developed his speed and built up the experience needed to take the next step towards international prototype racing.
2026 – The move to Prototype Racing (LMP3)
Following a strong 2025 season, Sebastian takes his first major step towards Le Mans with a full season in the Michelin Le Mans Cup in LMP3 with Forestier Racing by VPS. The programme comprises six races and also includes the Road to Le Mans as part of Le Mans week.
Forestier Racing by VPS is also heading into 2026 on the back of a strong 2025 season, in which the team’s two cars finished second and third in the LMP3 championship.
2026 will be the year in which Sebastian takes his first major step into prototype racing and endurance racing. The focus will not only be on speed, but also on strategy, energy management, tyre understanding, driver changes and teamwork – elements that are crucial at this level and in the further development towards the international top class.
It is an important step in the long-term plan towards the goal: the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2030.
